Overview
About Me
My husband and I are older though we don't know it. We like to travel economically and meet people. We are very easy to get along with. We have lived in Vermont for 45 years but have recently taken on a second home on Molokai. We love Maui and like to be able to visit, but it is frankly too expensive, so we are looking for alternative housing. We can accept visitors on Molokai as an exchange.
I am an artist with an artist's consciousness. My husband is more a numbers man, but he is also a handyman and can fix most things.
We also have a tiny, non-allergenic emotional support dog who travels in a bag which he loves. He doesn't bark unless he thinks I need protection. He is so low impact that I take him everywhere on the sly. No one ever knows.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
As mentioned above, I am looking for alternative short term housing on Maui.

Music, Movies, and Books
I'm big on folk rock from the 60's and 70's. My husband is a big music fan and likes EVERYTHING.
We read a lot, mostly novels of all kinds.
I like mystery and detective type movies and good dramas with great actors. My husband does too, but he is also big on fantasy action adventure, guy flicks, and romantic comedies (well developed feminine side). We also like things that have a paranormal edge.
