ABOUT ME
I am a teacher. I'm teaching English.
I love travelling and I travel whenever I am free from my regular teaching work.
Once a year,
I travel abroad during the school break; when I have no class assigned.
I am excited when I walk somewhere I never know to which it brings me.
I am amazed when I am mingled with and smile at friendly strangers.
I am amused when I get confused with people speaking the language I don't understand.
LOL
Every weekend,
I still travel around Ubon Ratchathani.
I like it when I find small unseen corners of Ubon Ratchathani and nearby towns.
I drive slowly and randomly to a river view,
sometimes I come a cross a small but old temple
or sometimes just a place with blissful wind,
clear sky,
open rice-field,
and maybe wandering water buffaloes.
I'm just a small teacher in Ubon Ratchathani. A small teacher who has been dreaming of seeing as many different parts of the world as possible. Leaving my ricefield when I was a child was the first step of world exploring and it's exciting at that very moment. Travelling to different cities in Thailand was when I become a teenager; it kept me wanting to see more. Having a change to set my foot outside Thailand is every time incredibly great to see how incredible the world and its people are. Now, I am looking forwards to leaving my footprints in more and more countries to see and understand more about our common similarities and unpredictable differences.
During my university life, I did not travel much but meet different people from differnt corners of the world through our students-led project http://www.learn2give.blogspot.com/ (Learn2Give). This is just like a shortcut to get to know the bigger world under the limitation of budget. It's priceless, I dare say it. HAHAha LOL
People are so different, but that provokes me to learn to look thing in different ankles. There are so many different things from different places as well as different people from different backgrounds, but THEY are incredibly worth meeting, knowing and making friends.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
I think you may have some ideas about what Thailand and it's cities shall look like, but I am very sure it will surprise you when you really are in Ubon Ratchathani. You will feel a lot different. Even you have already come, but another visit will be different for sure.
At the university back to Ubon Ratchathani, we ran and English camp to rural students and welcome friends from other countries to join us. If you would like to volunteer with us, please feel free to contact me (it's like a hobby for us to run this activity).

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I have done some free English camps for rural students with my friends and some lovely teachers at Ubon University for five years. I enjoy it while teaching and talking to different people as well as having fun with kids through games and songs. The kids' smiles are so sincere that I gained as a rewards after teaching.
Countries I’ve Visited
Japan, Laos, Myanmar, Viet Nam
