About Me

CURRENT MISSION

Growing Personality, Plants, Awareness

ABOUT ME

I am a down to earth fun loving person. I enjoy hanging out with and meeting a variety of people. I can be adventurous and full of energy at times, but also know when to slow down and take it easy. My friends would say I am a bit goofy, have a sense of humor, and can be spontaneous.

PHILOSOPHY

I live now to better understand myself and my world around me. I would like to live as simple as possible, and am thankful for the things I have. I believe that everyone is a teacher of something, and we all have a lot to learn.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

My door is open to anyone who needs a place to stay, I have an open mind and look forward to meeting new people. I offer a couch, an extra mattress, and a cup of tea.

Interests

The sky grabs most of my attention. It really does, I keep my head up and can be amazed at the sun and clouds. I try to spend a lot of my time outside, currently working on an organic garden plot on an Island in Hiroshima-ken. I enjoy cooking as well, so when not outside, I am inside cooking and preparing food. Food is my passion, I love sitting around to a tasty homemade meal.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I think one of the most amazing things I have seen was a sunrise hike in Yosemite national park, It changed the way I look at the world. I did a solo hike there and looking at the pointed shadow of "Clouds Rest" over the valley, I had a great and inspiring change in perspective. I felt incredibly lucky in that moment.

Baking pizza leaves me pretty awestruck.

Teach, Learn, Share

As I have said I am into meeting a variety of people I think that I would like to show people my organic garden plot while I am here, or cook foods with them. Food is my passion and its one of the main reasons I came to Japan.

Also, if people are interested in hiking/biking I would like to go out with new people on weekends, and enjoy trips like that.
