About Me

Italian guy, studying in Naples and... too lazy to write a lot. In case, just ask.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Travelling is what I like the most, like probably everyone else here; staying with locals, living as a local and avoiding the tourists' trap is the best way to travel.
I'm new to Couchsurfing so... let's do this

Interests

Music, Movies, and Books

I can't name just one book/film/album or even make a short list, so I'll have to stick to general ideas.
my musical tastes are multifaceted, from Howlin' Wolf to Dub FX, from Tom Waits to the System of a Down, from Bob Dylan to Manu Chao to the Caravan Palace to Sixto Rodriguez to... to...
I'm a big fan of TV series and movies. Sadly I lack the technical knowledge to recognise an "objectively" good film, so I judge mainly stories and dialogues. I've seen many good movies, too many to be written here, so I'll just name a few I've seen recently and I liked: Jagten (The Hunt), Source Code, Celda 211, The Grey, etc...
Books: Right now I'm reading Sangre y Arena (Blood and Sand) by Blasco Ibanez, I've recently read and really liked Q by Luther Blisset and one of my favourite author is Tiziano Terzani. I'm always open to suggestions

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Well... living in Hamburg for ten months, with all the connected activities, was pretty cool. Probably not "amazing", but I can't complain

Teach, Learn, Share

I can teach Italian; I want to learn some words of the local language at least "hello", "thanks" and "one beer, please" or whatever you want to teach.
I can share some pasta and a good bottle of wine (it depends on the availability at the local supermarket)

What I Can Share with Hosts

Besides what's written above... probably what you find interesting

Countries I’ve Visited

Austria, Czech Republic, England, Estonia, Germany, Italy, Latvia, San Marino, Slovakia, Spain, Switzerland, Turkey, Vatican City State

Countries I’ve Lived In

Estonia, Germany, Italy
