Hi, my name is Genoa, I was born and raised in the beautiful state of Tennessee. I was raised to be very in touch with Nature and to be a patient, understanding, and caring Human Being. I've been through my share of challenges and rough times in my life, all of which has helped me to be a stronger and more understanding person. I enjoy getting to know people with long conversations about a variety of topics. I'm interested in learning how to help people understand each other and our world better, so that we may all live more in peace and harmony with the rest of nature. I love to cook, and am an avid advocate for using food as medicine, finding the best ways for all of us to achieve complete health of the body, mind, and spirit as one.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Help bring people back from the brink of wanting to end their own lives by talking with them, understanding them, and showing them I do. That we can overcome the rough times so that we may experience the beauty that is left in life. I love helping people and I have counseled quite a few individuals, I can help people want to keep living and that makes me feel very blessed to have this gift. I don't like to see people suffering without growth, just to wallow in sadness is no way to live. So I want to help people confront their issues and work through them, instead of hiding the issues hoping they will just go away. Confronting our pain, and fear, is how we rise above it and become more whole beings!
