COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

My first couchsurfing experiences were in Japan. I met some fantastic people, both by surfing futons (no couches there!) and through meet-ups. Looking forward to building more relationships and creating new memories with fellow travelers.

Morceaux de musique, films et livres

I love reading, and usually have a few books on the go at any time. One of my all time favorites is "The Life of Pi" and as far as non-fiction goes, "Long Walk to Freedom" (the autobiography of Nelson Mandela) is truly inspirational.

Une aventure extraordinaire que j'ai vécue

I spent one month on a research cruise in the middle of the Pacific Ocean (near the northern Hawaiian islands). We sent a robotic vehicle down to the seafloor to collect data and bring samples back to the surface. The things we saw at the bottom of the ocean were unbelievable!
