Spent age 16-20 finding myself and my path. I love people, I love the outdoors and I love food. Community/connections, conversations, smiling and laughing are absolute priorities. For now my girlfriend, Christel de Vries, and I are working and living in Montreal, but in the next two years our plan is to have a small scale organic farm and live as simply and happily as possible.

我为什么加入 Couchsurfing

To be honest, we're spending April 2015 in Europe and couchsurfing is a great way to be tourists on a budget. We want to see some big cities, but we don't necessarily want to do the 'big tourist' sites. We'd like to get to know different cities and areas through a locals perspective, so a quick chat before crashing on the couch/floor and after waking up would be a great way to get an insiders view of a place.

Down the road when we have our dream home with our land and gardens, our dream is to be able to host people, so hopefully couchsurfing might be able to help us out with that when we get there.

Chatting, pubs, chatting in pubs. Trying new beers, talking with people about what they're passionate about. Being outdoors and active... Hiking, biking, running, soccer/football (not american football), camping, wandering and eating. Definitely interested in eating.
