ABOUT ME

I'm a 24 year old guy who has been planning on travelling ever since I finished my university degree, work sort of ruined those plans but I decided 2012 would be the year I got my act together and got out into the world.

Honestly I struggle to describe myself so I asked some friends to describe me, here's what they came up with:

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

My friend Jeremy has been a host for the last month or so and he's beginning his world trip soon. I'll be taking over his room in a share house and will continue to host Couch Surfers whilst he's away.

In August I'll be making my way over to Europe so hopefully this will be a good way to make some connections before I go over there.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I've got pretty much no CS experiences but I have had chats with a few Couch Surfers and it seems like a creative way to get see the world.

Interests

My life is all about the party. I love music and I'm always up for a drink, I do enjoy a bit of a boogie and a wiggle as well.

Music, Movies, and Books

Music - I've got a bit of a love for the Alt scene from the 90s. These days I love a bit of funk, soul, r'n b, jazz and folk but I've always got my ear out for some filthy electro and dub.

My movie tastes are just as eclectic as my music tastes. Aladdin through to American History X and every genre in between.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I've seen a few sunrises in my time (usually after a bit of a night out) but watching the sun rise from The Grampians in Western Victoria was a pretty amazing experience. I've probably got a few others but nothing is coming to mind at the moment.

Honestly I'm not all that sure what skills or talents I've got to share with other CS's, we'll just play it by ear and see what happens.
