ABOUT ME

I am 24 years of age. I am currently studying a master's degree in ecotechnology and sustainable development at Mid Sweden University in Ostersund. I come from a small island off the South West coast of Canada. Before coming here I lived in Vancouver studying a bachelors degree in chemical engineering.

I am a little shy at first but quite out going and personable once you get to know me. I enjoy writing, rhyming, teaching and learning new things. One of my life long goals is to live sustainably some where in the world. I'm a strong believer that what skills and knowledge you learn in the world you should eventually come back to your home and share/contribute it in some way.

I like to party, watch movies, and travel for more than just seeing the sites.

PHILOSOPHY

That everyone should strive to seek a closer balance in quality of living. This requires being empathetic to other culture and people around the world. It should always be remembered that the little things count because 6 and a half billion little things can add up to quite a lot.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

This is my first time being involved with the community. I have yet to sleep on or provide a couch.

Interests

I'm most interested in people and their life and their way of thinking. I especially like understanding people's fears problems and limits and then maybe try to make them realize there's no need for them.
