Currently figuring out my life and how to continue to fulfill it the best I can. While trying to serve and help people around me. I have come to realize that it’s through helping and serving others where we find fulfillment and we find ourselves.

ABOUT ME

Just a simple guy traveling through Japan currently. On the same road of life as everyone else trying to figure out how everything works and the correlation and relationships of such. I really like listening to people and their experiences and what makes them who they are. :) I am easy going and respectful of all people and their individuality. Love music and love to play it I’ve been involved with some music projects with myself and others and I am always down to play or jam with anyone during my travels......if you have a guitar, synthesizer or drums all ingredients for a good time :)

PHILOSOPHY

Life is simple. The world today has evolved into a complex sphere of problems. Sometimes we just need to step back from it and approach things simply. Not only simply but with kindness and good intentions.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I wish to experience and familiarize myself with other cultures as well as expand my network of friends. Mostly I would like to understand different perspectives and how each individual thinks acts and creates, each life is so unique and offers insight into helping develop our own consciousness and awareness.

Interests

A majority of my interests are centered around the arts and nature. I enjoy the abstract when it comes to art. I live an active life. I believe in treating your body well in terms of health and respect, to feel a sense of happiness and fulfillment. Music also plays a role in my life. I tickle the ivories once in a while as well as the drums and guitar.

Love being out in Mother Nature! So if you’re up for hiking or rigorous outdoor activity sign me up.

Movies: Lawrence of Arabia, Cool Hand Luke
that kind of stuff. A lot of old movies.

Music: stuff that moves me/inspires me. Typically I like alot of 70s music and or New wave. Have been into a lot of synthesizer music lately.

Book: Not much of a reader but some good books I do enjoy include- Of Mice and Men, Screwtape letters

I am up for listening to new things.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I backpacked/hiked 96 miles up in Scotland, or otherwise known as the West Highland Way.

Teach, Learn, Share

Like I mentioned before, I feel that traveling and going out and trying new things helps individuals to grow and teaches them important skills in life, so I beleive that as we connect through CS we can connect and help each other learn and gain an understanding of everyone's culture and beliefs, thus bringing harmony and balance to this world.
