About Me

CURRENT MISSION

Find out what there is on the other side of the world and share with firends

ABOUT ME

I am a 30 old French guy who loves living, smiling and laughing ! And I love to find out new countries, people and hike in beautiful spots. I am generous and like to host people, cook for them and make them comfortable. I think that sense of humour is necessary and I like to make jokes. I am also a French guy so... you know... I have a poor level of english !

PHILOSOPHY

Try multiple things, learn fast, smile, teach, enjoy

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I am a beginner on CS and I will stay in NYC for the first time in april. A new adventure that begins ! So I am a surfer by now and for the next 6 months. And when I have a house, I will be a host.

Interests

I think that I am a social person, I like to spend time with my friends, either in a bar, a restaurant, or at my place around a meal that I prepared. I try to bring them in my trips, for hiking or skiing because I prefer to share than to go alone. Hiking, Skiing, ski touring are my passions.
When I spend time alone I read a lot or watch movies.

Music, Movies, and Books

A lot of things...
In music I like down tempo like Massive Attack, Grandaddy or Wax Tailor, but also Indie Rock and French singers.
For the books, I'm reading a novel of Joe Nesbo right now and I love Jonathan Coe or John le Carre for English authors.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

The climb of the Cotopaxi in Ecuador, because it is the highest summit I climbed, and it was very hard because of the weather... but we did it, two friends and I, thanks to our guide.

Teach, Learn, Share

I think that my skills would concern the hospitality of my hosts. I could teach how to prepare a good meal, a nice bedroom and prepare the trip of my host if needed (get information from Tourism office, take a transport map, a list of the place to go out etc.)

Countries I’ve Visited

Burkina Faso, Cuba, Ecuador, Greece, Italy, Portugal, Spain

Countries I’ve Lived In

Canada, France
