ABOUT ME

I'm always a bit intimidated by these blank boxes in which I need to describe myself. I'd classify myself as a "nature nerd." I love learning, and I love meeting new people. I like to experience new things, and face my fears head on.

PHILOSOPHY

I'm a speedy person who's trying to slow down. I believe in giving everyone a fair shot, and I am occasionally too hard on myself. I've learned so much from others, and I strive to apply those things in my life each day.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

My fiance and I wanted to join CS for a few reasons. Perhaps the best one is to share what we have with others. Traveling is fun, but it's always nice to have a safe, clean place to stay at the end of the day. We are really lucky to live in such a beautiful place, and we are happy to help others experience it!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

We've been hosting for a while now, and I just love it! There is something really cool about welcoming strangers into your home and hearing all the stories they have to share. I recently had my first experience as a surfer, and it was wonderful too.

I play the harp, and I can map things. I love cooking and identifying plants. I know quite about the ecosystem in which I live.
