I am Moritz, 28, from Germany. Right now I am living in Cologne where I started working as a research fellow in the institute of Geography one year ago.
I love to travel a lot, especially in the nature.
I am interested in almost anything. I love to do all kinds of sport without really sticking to one specific type. The last years I was hiking more and more. Trying to spend as much time in the nature as possible in all kinds of landscapes (from the German Alps to Albania or the Cantabrian Mountain range in Northern Spain). I would describe myself as openminded, helpful, spontaneous and easy going person. But probably you better find out on your own!

我为什么加入 Couchsurfing

In 2009 I was planning to go to Sardegna, Italy. When I realized that I did not have any baggage capacities for carrying a tent I found this wonderful project and signed in. It were amazing 3 weeks I was enjoying a lot with different people. They not only gave me a place to sleep but also gave me the chance to participate in their life. With all those great memories I returned and thought about this experience. I wanted to feel someone the way I felt during my trip. So I had some really interesting people staying at my place in Münster. Moreover I travelled a lot in the last years staying at different couches all over the world.
