Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I used to be really active in the Vienna couchsurfing group but it has died down a lot in recent years.
i don't host or surf as much anymore either but i do still want to meet new people so i do like to attend a meeting every now and then.

Interests

i enjoy exploring cities on foot. I've walked around the city of vienna countless times and I still discover something new every time.
And i really love showing other people around my city.

Music, Movies, and Books

I consistently like jazz and classical music all the other music i listen to changes constantly (and i never know the artists name).
I like the films by wes anderson (mainly because of their great soundtrack), and I'm a sucker for the Lord of the Rings trilogy (extended version of course)
I am not a big reader of novels; but I do enjoy Terry Pratchetts discworld a lot.
my reading material usually comes in the form of wikipedia articles.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

This seems to be the bragging section of the profile so I'm going big!!
I managed to keep both plants i got for my place 6 months ago alive!!! (Update: It's been close to a year now)
