I'm on an academic break, I'll be starting my on my PhD in a year. In the meantime I'm traveling and learning about people. I'll admit I lived a very sheltered life here in America and I had a very naive perspective about the world. Hopefully through my travels I can grow and become a wiser person. Traveling without the human interaction is incomplete. It's not fulfilling to just see sights, that can teach you nothing of a culture.

Wide open on music, I like it all, including country and electronica. Books, well I mainly read nerdy science books. I love all kinds of movies, I even paid for my bachelor's degree by working as an actor in Los Angeles California.

I once cross-country skied 100 miles (160km) from Montreal to Quebec (Canada)
