We are George and Roro! We are a couple who come from Taipei, Taiwan. We are 22 and 23 years old, currently studying advertisement and mass communication. We love adventures and all kinds of outdoor activities, and we have been mountain hiking, camping, free diving and river tracing for over half a year.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

We love trying new stuff and learning different cultures. Both of us had lived in different countries for over two years, but we've never traveled to any South East countries.

Luckily, we managed to find a week-long break between our busy semesters. Traveling to Cebu came to our mind at first thought. The enthusiastic culture and the breath-taken natural sights of Cebu are exactly what we long for. Instead of merely wandering around and do nothing but ''sightseeing'' or ''relaxing'', we desire a more meaning trip which we get to experience the most authentic lifestyle and build genuine connection with the locals.

Therefore, we found this big community--Couch Surfing. This system is what we need the most in order to experience the real Cebu. We hope we can exchange our stories with you!
