Overview
About Me
As a citizen of two countries on two different continents, I would love to continue to travel and meet new people and experience new cultures -- and foods!
Deeply interested in other faiths, cultures, and stories most of all.
My hobbies include reading (huge bookworm!), watching movies, yoga (iyengar style), and traveling with friends.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
When I was in college, I lived with seven roommates who all came from different countries. Whether experiencing El Salvadorian dance or Korean barbecue, my roommates taught me there was so much more to see in this world!

Music, Movies, and Books
I am an avid reader of fiction. My favorite books are The Old Man and the Sea and The Alchemist.
My favorite movies are The Godfather, Toy Story, The Shawshank Redemption, and Moonrise Kingdom, but there are so many more.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I've taught English to refugees for a summer. My students ranged from Nepali to Ghanaian to Chinese. It remains one of the most rewarding and eye-opening experiences to this day!
Teach, Learn, Share
I can teach Arabic and some basic yoga skills :)
What I Can Share with Hosts
A wealth of experience whether graduating at the top of my class at college (Clark University) or having lived in exciting places (Lebanon is my second home!). I love to talk politics, literature, and current events, and to try new things (especially food)!
