Overview
About Me
My name is George, I live by the North Sea in England. I'm interested in literature, food, history, art, culture
ect ect. If i'm going to be hosted by you, i'll arrive with something to read, an easy going demeanor, probably something to eat and drink. I'm a whistler, but you can always ask me to stop.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
My sister joined couch surfing a couple years ago and, as we live in a shared house, I have enjoyed
the spontaneity of meeting and hosting her guests. I'm really into the cultural exchange side of things.
I'm also too disorganised to be booking airbnbs all the while.

Somebody told me recently that the expression 'hunky dory' (think Bowie's fourth album),
is a malapropism of a red light district in Japan, 'honchi dori'. This could be false information.
Ants are both arable and livestock farmers. You maybe already know this.
The expression 'Coo-ee' is apparently of an Australian aboriginal origin. It translates to 'come here'
in one of the many dialects of Aus. I don't know which one.
They say that cattle and sheep have regional accents.
