Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I hosted many international travelers during my time in college. The relationships we formed were some of the best in my life. Now I'm doing the opposite: traveling the world for six months starting in September and looking to connect and cross paths with more amazing people.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I studied traditional Japanese karate for nearly 14 years and competed nationally. During my stay in Okinawa, I walked into a dojo and communicated purely through kata for four hours! We shared tea and practiced late into the night.
