ABOUT ME

I am a Civil Engineering Graduate working in Hong Kong. A couple of years ago I spent a year living in Hong Kong doing a work placement. I absolutely loved my time here as it gave me an insight into real travelling and meeting incredibly open minded people. It opened my eyes to how much there is to see and experience besides that of normal everyday life that so many people fall into the trap of getting stuck in!
I am very open with people when I meet them and try to share as much of my experiences as possible so that they feel comfortable to share theirs with me. I take people at face value and do my best to try to join in with any situation that crops up. I actually have a bit of a problem with saying "no" to things as I never want to miss out on any opportunity and so if someone suggests or offers something that sounds good....I'm there, rain or shine!

I used to play bass guitar in a band back home for 6 years, but sadly that came to an end a few months back. I really enjoyed my degree in Plymouth in England as its near the sea. As a part of my course, I qualified as a commercial SCUBA diver and I'd like to use this as part of my job later in life.
Love meeting new people and hoping to make some good new friends from around the world.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

Stay with people when I get the opportunity and go to meet-ups as often as possible to meet new people and share experiences.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

So far only used CS to meet and stay with one of my main friends in Hong Kong but it was one of the best decisions I ever made as it helped create my whole friendship group here!

Una cosa incredibile che ho fatto

Travelled to Costa Rica and volunteered at a resue centre for animals and helped to collect Turtle eggs to protect them from poachers!
