About Me

I love the outdoors (hiking, watersports, hammocking, camping, slacklining, biking, etc.) and crave being in nature, especially while traveling

I have always led an active lifestyle, most consistently through the martial arts, which I both practice and teach

Music is my primary form of creative expression, both in writing, playing, and listening (shoutout to Ella Fitzgerald). I play the trumpet, piano, guitar, mandolin, and I sing

I'm currently a computer engineering student at the University of Florida, but am taking a semester abroad at the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology

I'm what happens when spontaneous meets perfectionist

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I motorbiked from Chiang Mai to Pai, a small village in northern Thailand. The road, some of which was not well-paved and a little scary, had 760 hairpin turns and is considered one of the most dangerous in the world. It was really really really beautiful and really really really cold, but was so worth it

Teach, Learn, Share

Teaching and learning cannot exist without the other, thus when I teach, I learn.

Let's share a cultural experience!
