ABOUT ME

Born in Athens, 1960. Grew up near the Acropolis and the historic centre of Athens. Moved to Samos Island in May 2010 to escape the rat race. Greek Ministry of Culture and Tourism Tourist Guide and Adult Educator. I teach English and Greek as foreign or second languages.
Divorced with a 31-year-old son. Interested in cultural exchange and dialogue.
Largely involved in Arts Management projects, particularly music and film.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

Communicate with travellers in-between my own travels. Meet people and give information and/or tours when available in any place in Greece or Turkey.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

People are usually welcoming and friendly. I have seen real interest in my country by travellers, not just tourists. I have hosted a few people and they were all lovable.
