When not doing boring things like school or more exciting things like training to be a professional ballet dancer, I love to eat, do yoga, go to the beach, write and live my life.

A perfect day is a cup of French press in the morning, a yoga class, quality time spent with family or friends, finding an amazing new book, cooking or eating a delicious meal, writing a little bit and finding some adventure. Growing up in a small town in lower Alabama, I had to make a lot of my own fun, and I think being creative and finding some joy in daily life is all we can do!

Traveling to Havana and seeing this gritty, once majestic architecture left me questioning a little bit about everything I know.

It's hard to pick just one moment, but seeing the sun rise, set, or just shine on the crisp white sands of the beautiful Gulf Coast beaches of Alabama makes you really appreciate what wonderful things you may have in your backyard.
