About Me

CURRENT MISSION

Africa via bicyle

ABOUT ME

I am always and never the same. Ok, as tacky as it is, I did steal that line from the Calvin Klein perfume, Contradiction. But I think it sums me up pretty well. I love my family and friends very much and try to spend as much time with them as possible and yet I find myself more at home when I'm not at home. I love being nomadic, constantly moving and seeing and smelling and tasting new things. I am smiling most of the time and tend not to worry until I really have to. I am happiest when on a bicycle, the sun is shining, there is a picnic of fabulous food in my panier, music is playing, I'm singing along and then I stop for the picnic with some friends and we meet some people and they become friends too.

PHILOSOPHY

To have roots and wings at the same time. Make it happen, something good comes out of everything.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Interests

To say travelling sounds so common, but really that's the top of the list and everything else is in the list is made better because of it. Art; in particular photography, making little films with friends. Random adventures. Making the perfect mixed tape. The beach. Riding my bike long distances. Hitchhiking. Reading, writing but not arithmetic. Dares. I LOVE to dress-up. Riding my bike short distances. Tennis, sailing, dancing like a fool. Cooking from scratch. Eating. Music. Bike riding again. Anything for the first time really.
