ABOUT ME

I'm a bubbly, fun and out going person. I'm a 20 year old photographer, and study photography at University (2nd year). I love meeting new people and making new friends. I want to learn about the world and about all different kinds of cultures. I am really open minded, and just want to share fun, exciting and happy experiences! But there are plenty of sides to this puzzle! I am very intricate and enjoy quiet literary things as well as loud noisy musical things. If you had to sum me up in one sentence I would say... Caring, unconditional, crazy chick who wants to see the world!

PHILOSOPHY

My philosophy is to live everyday like your last, corny I know, but I just want to live every day with something amazing to look forward to when you wake up and something that makes you smile when you go to sleep at night.

My photography philosophy is this:

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I want to couch surf all over the place, and also (when I am in a more suitable home) host! I currently live at home with my parents for the summer, so hosting is at the moment not convenient.
However, I am all ready for getting stuck in and being as much of a good host as I can. I really want to meet new people and show them Cheshire and Manchester, I can show you around all cool, new and old places! I'm a great cook and good fun, so hopefully the good times would be flooding in!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

None as of yet! But I cannot wait to have some amazing experiences to tell...

Interests

- PHOTOGRAPHY, it's my life and my passion. I love fashion and everything about it, but since I've been to Uni I love all areas of photography and want to explore all different paths. I photograph everything I see, and it fills my life with joy.
- Music, I love a good rock gig. My faveorite music is rock, classic and new! But I am partial to some dance, electronica, everything really and long as it has a good melody. You will often find me at a gig, or musical event. I Manchester, where I am from, there are lots of evening events/club nights which are really exciting.
- Literature, my brother is an author so I go to lots of book and literary things with him, in Manchester and Glasgow. I love to read, short stories and poetry mainly.
- Football, avid fan, won't say what team, want to start out on a good note! :D

Music, Movies, and Books

SO... I am stranded on a desert island and I can only take one film, record and book. I would take:
- Some Like it Hot, amazing, classic movie.
- Songs for the Deaf, Queens of the Stoneage, enough said.
- Tithe, by Holly Black, awesome book about black magic, pixies and becoming an adult, really good read.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

- Living in Hong Kong for a year and travelling Asia, I know it's not one moment, but as a collective, it was utterly life changing.
- Went back to where my Mother grew up in Sydney, Australia, saw where she went to school, lived, went to church, it was really beautiful and it made my Mum so happy to go back.
- Completed my Batmitzvah at the age of 13, still cannot believe I did it!

Teach, Learn, Share

Teach: I can teach you how to cook some beautiful English cuisine and about English culture.
Learn: You can learn all about the beautiful raw, slow pace life of Cheshire, but also the roaring fast pace lifestyle of Manchester and all the gems that come with it (Northern Soul).
Share: I will take you to some amazing places in my hometown, the Northern Quarter, Aflecs Palace, my own home...
