I like to learn (new) things.
Thats probably the reason why I am studying since many years, and working always the same time.
I worked in psychiatry and now I am teaching in a university for applied sciences.
And I am not fluent in French, but i lived and studied a year in Paris, and I can communication in French - at least a little bit.

我为什么加入 Couchsurfing

I like to travel and to meet new people. I am very interested in other people, and different conceptions of life. Thats also the reason why I studied social and cultural anthropology.
I am travelling a lot alone, and I would often be very interested to get in contact with people who live at these places, where I am just a visitor.

So I am on Couchsurfing, because I want to have a drink with you, or doing something together like a walk through the city, a hike on the hills, or spending time together at the beach, in a coffeeshop or having dinner together.

I am interested in different cultures and different conceptions of life - which is not just a question of ethnic belonging for me, but a belonging to different groups or things.

I like hiking, and getting around with my bicycle.
I love to play volleyball and beachvolleyball - which is my main sport for the last 20 years.

I particular like indie guitar music, and I am very bad with names. I just can't remember them.

I really liked "only lovers left alive" - with Tilda Swinton
and "Pride" -fight for LGBT rights in UK of the 80s

and I definitely liked the Harry Potter books - not so much the films, but mainly I am reading non-fiction books.
