What I Can Share with Hosts

I live in a two bedroom apartment with my roommate (M, 19). We are LGBTQ friendly, laid back people. We don't have a common room/living room but I have a large bedroom with a double bed and a fouton for sleeping arrangements. We live downtown Toronto (directly above two restaurant/bars) and extremely close to a subway station for easy transportation.
