Hi there! I'm Geraldine but most people call me Cherry. I love singing, travelling, talking, listening to music and I love meeting now people. I am from Munich originally but moved to Cardiff in May 2016. Since then I'm living together with my better half who is from Bristol and makes me the happiest person on earth (sorry I forgot to mention,I also like being a bit cheesy sometimes... haha). However, I met him in Australia at the great ocean road in a campervan in February 2015 and been dating/now living together since October 2015. I am a happy, bubbly, chatty, open minded, easy going and relatively funny person. And so is my partner Ashley. He is also on couchsurfing and is also a brilliant host. I am studying speech and language therapy currently and he is a mental health nurse. We both love travelling, exploring new places and new cultures. He's been to a bit more places than I have but I am trying to slowly catch up ;)
We also like to host people as its an amazing opportunity to meet other fellow travellers, make friends around the world and giving something back to the couchsurfing community

Por qué estoy en Couchsurfing

As mentioned already, me and Ashley love to travel. We are very spontaneous and outgoing people and like to host ourselves. Yet we are quite new ish to couchsurfing so we have many exciting visits yet to come. We would also like to do some roadtrips and would love to connect with locals. It is just the best way to get to know new cultures, new places and make new contacts :) We are very respectful, appreciative and friendly trustworthy people. Therefore we would also like to host nice people too, for reasons I've mentioned above like meeting new people and hearing new exciting stories. We are very excited to meeting you, whether thats in Cardiff of somewhere else! We will be doing a roadtrip through bits of Europe from approximately the 22nd of July, for three weeks. Oh and we love food and cooking.

Moving together with my boyfriend and starting the speech and language therapy course in Cardiff. Also travelling to australia as I wouldnt have gotten to know Ashley otherwise and all those amazing people I've met since being where I am.
