ABOUT ME

All about me... hmm... that’s a hard one, i don’t even think i know/understand all about myself yet :/ but maybe i can give a you a few fun facts ;)

- I’m a little belgian girl and proud to be so :) I’m a true brusselair or what they call a zinneke here, which is also what they call those crossbread street dogs... so yep, that’s what i am, a crossbread Belgian, a mix of the frenchspeaking & dutchspeaking side :D

- I LOVE my city and being/living here, but at the same time waaay too curious and want to go and see other places all the time which took me to 6 different countries in about 10 years :) As we say in dutch, I have fire underneath my butt! ;)

- Studies include astronomy, space technologies and astrophotonics... ‘astro-what?!?’ i hear you say! Yeah, just remember space and stars ;)

- Now, i’m not sure what i’m going to do with this, still on the quest to find that one thing that allows me to combine all i love! :)

don't take yourself too seriously, treat people the way you would treat yourself, be there for the others, especially the people you love!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I like to try and include couchsurfers in my everyday life when I can, show them my favourite places, make them see what it's like to live in the city they're visiting :)

I therefore only accept people when I really have time to spend with them or have the feeling I can really help out and add that special little touch to their travel (or try to at least ;) )

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

All my cs experiences have been really great and I want to thank all the people that accepted my requests for sharing their time with me and making my travels that extra little (well actually a lot) special! :)

Interests

been blown over by wonderful STORIES, DREAM,
TRAVEL, meeting new people, new cultures,
DANCE, dance and dance more,
Being surrounded by many different languages, hear them, speak them, but in particularly speak SPANISH,
the taste of all kinds of FOOD and learn to COOK them,
BAKING, creating new concoctions,
FACEPAINTING, dressing up,
PHOTOGRAPHY, fresh air, outdoors SPORTS,
climbing to the highest point and enjoy the wonderful views, ROCKCLIMBING,
looking up at the STARS and see so many shooting ones that you don't know what to wish for anymore,
the first SNOWfall of the winter,
LAUGH so much your tummy hurts and tears roll out of your eyes,
bombdrops when trampolining,
dance again :)
HUGS, all sorts and kinds, but only sincere ones!
be AMAZED and having my eyes grow big like when little kids see their favourite toy through the window of a toystore :o)

i was sad when I finished reading it, not because of the story, but because i enjoyed it so much, I didn't want it to end
