ABOUT ME

I'm an introvert by preference, and I enjoy hanging out in small groups for the more intense interaction! :P A strong supporter of ecotourism, my favourite playground is nature itself. I love to visit mountains, rivers, caves and soak under starlight on my travels. But in sunny Singapore, my main hobby and sport is rockclimbing!

I am eager to meet new people and share with them a very local slice of Singapore life when they visit. I promise to share the best food treats I know, and take you places tourists don't usually go! ;) As well, I am keen to immerse into local cultures when I travel overseas. =)

Music - I grew up listening especially to Chinese songs, and I most love Jackie Cheung and William Soh's singing! I enjoy English pop as well, but I best like them sentimental.

Pioneered the startup of my college's rockclimbing club, seen the view from atop Mount Kinabalu, swung off a tree vine into a deep pool at Luang Prabang (Tarzan style!), and started producing antibodies against a lethal human disease...

A lesson from a local guide in Cambodia: Support the locals and buy their food. Don't just bring in food etc from outside which only generates more thrash for them to clean.
