ABOUT ME

I grew up in a small village in pyrenees, and the mountains are my home. I love mountain sports as running, climbing, skiing...
After some studies in Barcelona in Environmental Sciences and mathematics, I moved to Sweden for a PhD. Now I live between the cosy city of Umeå and the mountains in Abisko, where I do my fieldwork. My current research is about the impact of climate change in Arctic rivers, but I'm also very interested in theoretical ecology and complex systems.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I've hosted few people, and that gave me amazing experiences and the chance to meet very nice people.
And i've been hosted in Tromso, Oslo, Paris and Seville.

兴趣

I'm really interested in ecology, as a science to understand the whole world. Not just a little piece of it. Other topics as Climate Science, complex systems...
After understanding the serious threat of peak oil, I'm starting to learn about permaculture and low impact ways of living.

Also interested in butterflies, dragonflies, biodiversity...NATURE!

I can teach some languages: Spanish, Catalan, Occitan. I can explain you about climate change, weather, and a bit of about the problems our world is facing.
Also some sports as climbing skiing, telemarking

I can share experiences, opinions about books, thougts about life, good moments.

And i want to learn as much as possible about everything and from everybody!
