Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Depending on where I am I can host people, and would be nice to be hosted sometimes aswell ;) I like to move a lot; so i cant allways host.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I used to work a lot with the site 'GlobalFreeLoaders'.
a few years ago I hosted someone for 3 months. I also went to Lima(peru) where I met a cool guy that hosted me for 2 nights, and a lot around in Europe for a few nights where i got hosted or was hosting in NL.

Right now im travelling around in a van with my best friend and we are on our 'Illumination Tour': basically we are photographing around Europe, living (mostly) in a van; but in some cities you are not allowed to sleep in it,
besides i like to meet people for a coffee or a beer, and perhaps somewhere a hot shower now and then would also be nice.

Music, Movies, and Books

My taste for movies, music and books all really depend on my mood (or the mood i want to be in).
But I mostly listen to RocknRoll - basically everything in between Psychedelic blues to metal. Further on I sometimes go to electronic music parties, but dont necessarily put the music on at home (psytrance, tekno, drumnbass)
Movies i watch a lot, and cant really say what i like in general; this really really depends.
And the Books I like are most of the time Autobiographical, learn from other peoples lives i guess. I guess my favourite book is Papillon by Henri Charriere.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I just can't decide which ONE thing it is. Most of life has been amazing actually.

Teach, Learn, Share

If you have any questions about photography or photoshop;) Sometimes I do fireshows where i like to 'poi' and firebreath, which i can learn you if you like (maybe not with fire first ;)
I can play a few instruments but most of them poorly. I Used to play the guitar for years, but now i'm trying to learn to play the piano (boogie woogie).
I'm allways interested learning more languages, music instruments and good music/movies/books. Also learning more about juggling, streetart/creative activism, journalism, politics, philosophy, marketing, or just things that makes the heart go pump pump.

What I Can Share with Hosts

Fun stories, enthusiasm, drinks, adventures, foods, hopefully an international friendship :) I will be forever in your debt, so you can come crash at my house of course as well (if i have one by the time).
