Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

So far, we had a great experience in the CS project when we have traveled in the Balkans region. All people were nice, with some we had more common language then the others.
We have also hosted 2 times people from Germany.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

my mother in law, 82 years old, sometimes comes to sleep on our couch, in between her treks in Georgia or central America.

books: read whatever comes to hand, but those who really influnenced from those read recently were
"gridlock" and "when corporations rule the world". also read "The day that never ends" during a trip to the Kazahstan area which was quite unique.

movie: any John Sayles movie, lost in translation, back to the future II...

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Sharon: 2 times I quit the ordinary life for long travels, one time to South America and the other time to the Far East. Both were great experiences to knowing myself better and to make me more independent.
