I'm a very open minded person, quite balanced, most of the time very happy and enjoying my life, in Germany as well as on my trips.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I want to meet people from different countries to learn about their culture and get to know, how they think. This is actually a very big point of my travelling. Everybody can just visit some places and make pictures of attractions but what really stays in mind are always the people.

Also I love to have the feeling of a home even I'm at the other side of the world. Its a big contrast to a hostel where you meet the same people i could meet also in Munich. Its so nice buying food, put them in a fridge (be sure, they are still there on the next day ;-) and cooking in a proper kitchen.

Music, Movies, and Books

Nearly all kind of music but my heart belongs to electronic music.
I am also interested in getting to know other/new music from different countries.

I like movies, made from Quentin Tarantino or with Johnny Depp as Actor.

I'm happy about my ebook reader for long bus rides. The modern world is not that bad i guess ;-)

What I Can Share with Hosts

I always try to do as much as possible in the household of my host. I clean and help whenever I can.

I'm happy to tell people about my German, especially Bavarian culture and of course I would love to show it in life which means that i get also visited from my former hosts (or travel mates).

If there is enough time I always cook at least one Bavarian dinner.
