Overview
About Me
Physician, scientist, militant. Interested in philosophy, science, nature, music (flute and double bass).
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I am interested in other people. Good conversations. To discover new and other viewing points and challenge my own. Speaking other languages. The only interesting thing at other places are people (not sightseeing).
Interests
Essentially, I am a reader. Books everywhere. Usually several at the same time, a lot of science books, and about language. I am learning double bass slowly, and play the flute. Mountain walking is probably one of the best things I know. I like to listen to other people.

Music, Movies, and Books
Well, classical music and progrock certainly, but a lot of other styles. It should have some musical depth, anyway. Discovering more Jazz in the last time.
Movies... e.g. The Interpreter.
Books... Zen and the Art of Motor Cycle Maintenance. Force of Circumstance (by Simone de Beauvoir). Critique of Pure Reason (by Kant. I am a Nerd). Principle Hope by Ernst Bloch.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
