Overview
About Me
So, just another 23-year-old graduate student from the Netherlands going all over the world to fight for justice. My main academic interest is migration and integration. Painfully relevant at the moment.
Just lived in Spain for half a year and in Germany to finish my Masters. Now back in the beautiful Achterhoek, where I have hosted multiple people already (not yet via Couchsurfing) and shown around the countryside.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
A. No money.
B. Best way of exploring new places is through getting to know locals.

Music, Movies, and Books
Love singer-song writers who put their heart and soul in their songs. Not such a huge movie fan, but a period drama now and then is definitely worth watching. My current favorite book is 'Manuscript found in Accra' by Paulo Coelho.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Spent a weekend with the Maassai in Tanzania in a smokey, dark hut getting to know their way of living + walking the Camino to Santiago de Compostela.
What I Can Share with Hosts
I am currently back at home with my parents for a few months. So I can offer a bed on a farm at the countryside of the Netherlands.
Countries I’ve Visited
Austria, Bangladesh, Belgium, Denmark, France, Germany, Kenya, Tanzania, United Kingdom, United States
