About Me

CURRENT MISSION

To find out what matters and what doesn't

ABOUT ME

I'm a very versatile person. My broad interests range may be a proof of this, but also the way I act around people. Sometimes well-thought-out, sometimes very impulsive. Sometimes very busy on an idea or project, sometimes lazy. But always friendly.

PHILOSOPHY

Try to do some unexpected things once in a while. It breaks the boring daily routine.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Surfed twice on a trip with my brother. We had a very good time!

Interests

Music! Playing, creating and listening. Playing may be the trumpet or guitar or drums or piano, not all of them at the same level, but enough to amuse myself. Creating may be recording and mixing songs I made or didn't made myself, or doing the technical stuff on a live gig. Listening.. Of course!

Ski touring: nothing beats the feeling of skiing down an untouched slope that you walked up yourself. Heaven! I really enjoy trekking in nature. I do love cities and cultural stuff as well, but I'm more of a nature-guy.

Music, Movies, and Books

Very broad range of music. From mainstream pop music, over jazz music, to even opera. Especially when genres are combined like: a funky brass band with hip hop lyrics (Youngblood Brass Band) or balkanish beats (caravan palace)
I enjoy movies, but I tend to forget the story fast. I don't read much.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I once went to a party, and missed the last train back home. Instead of crying and waiting, I walked home. It was 65 km.

Countries I’ve Visited
