ABOUT ME

Hi, my name is Gerry. I'm from Germany and my travel to Sydney was my first travel experience ever. I was soo exited but shy at the same time. Normally I don't have problems connecting to people but this was a foreign country with people I never met before so I hoped I would be able to deal with that new situation.In the end everything turned out to be amazing and I opened my heart for the whole concept of seeing the world. I met people that became dear friends and learned so much abount myself.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I went to several CS meetings and love the atmosphere there. Nobody generally knows anyone but everybody seems to get along so well. Once I connexted to people, I started to hang out, travel host and surf on many occasions.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Until now it was alsways positiv. I met these people that I hosted/ where I surfed through CS meetings so it was more of a friend sleepover. I once tried couchsurfing with a stranger on fiji and that turned out great as well so no bad experiences until now :)

Interests

Mostly dancing Streetdance/Hiphop, going to clubs at night or do Flashmobs.Cooking with friends, hang out in the park or at the beach and just have a good time :) I'm into any fun , spectecular experiences but also into nice long talks with lovely people.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I was doing Flashmobs as an organizer for some time. I choreographed people for that or just participated and our organization (berlincitymobbers on facebook) became pretty popular. Also I joined a streetdance show group which became my passion in no time :)
