About Me

CURRENT MISSION

surviving citylife ;)

ABOUT ME

Open minded, easy, respectful, relaxed, interested in many things, green hands, love to make and eat food, living healthy and in balance, love dancing, nature, culture, travelling in and outside, love books.

I've been travelling a lot the last few years and i have to admit it was getting a bit addictive. Not the worsed addiction you can have i guess..
It gave me a sense of freedom, food for the soul, free and open to all thats crossing my path and learning so much. life is definitely my favorite study and for me travelling is ONE of the ways to learn a lot during this short and precious life.
But now i feel like slowing down a bit, stay in one place for a bit longer, grow some food, ground, read chunks of books, get creative, and harvest all my knowlegde i gained the last few years during travelling.

PHILOSOPHY

i believe life is about more then being good to others, having fun and having a carreer etc. The anwers to your lifequestions are not far away, but all around and inside of us. We need to love more, ourselves, others and everything that IS.

Life is a beautiful gift, do not wast it!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Lived in South Africa for a year. It was a great experience, too short though. I love that country.

Skydiving in Namibia...aaargh! The best part was hanging in the air with an open parachute and feeling like a bird.. aaahmazing peaceful

scubadiving.. blowing my mind off, what a beautiness of creation down there. A whole new world still to explore and relatively untouched.

doing a 10 days vipassana meditationretreat.. lifechanging and i recommend it to everybody!

Climbing Magical Mount Warning in the middle of the night, to see Australia's first sunrise early early in the morning. It was the 2 1/2 hours climb and the freezing cold temp all worth it! Breathtaking sky and view over the valley and Byron Bay...

Swimming with dolphins in Hawaii...mist amaaazing thing i've ever exerienced.

Machu Picchu!!!!

Teach, Learn, Share

well ok.. I can learn you how to make the best almondpie on the planet!! Granny's norwegian recipie ;-D

swop a massage!?

Share my thoughts about life..

what i would like to learn...
- all the music instruments that exist..
- how to fix cars, cause one day I would like to drive to the far end. And it would be handy to know a bit more than how to change the tires.
- bushtucker knowledge, surving the jungle (or city)
- how to build an 8 angle house
- Norwegian, Spanish
- permaculture

and lots more..
