ABOUT ME

Originally from Cyprus, I'm now a student in Portland . Passionate about cooking and eating, having interesting (and often times meandering) conversations and learning about people. I love learning new things and have a particular interest in science, words and building things. I'm easygoing and like witty comments and joking around, but I tend to adapt to the people around me.
I'm currently living with my really chill housemate Ami, and we're looking to meet new and exciting people!

Interests

I can't live without music and I listen to pretty much anything I can get my hands on. I like hearing stories and exploring the differences between people, especially when it comes to cultural or social influences, as well as figuring out what people find interesting. I cook, I tango, I bike, I play the bass. You can talk to me about anything, and I'll probably want to learning more about it.

Music, Movies, and Books

I listen to a wide variety of music, ranging from Beethoven to Daftpunk,Jimmy Hendrix, 34 Punaladas, and everything in between.
When it comes to movies, I'm a fan of good cinematography and well crafted storytelling. A few of my favourite movies are 2001 a Space Odyssey, Sin City, Wall-e and Snatch.
When it comes to books, I tend to go towards fantasy fiction, but I'm open to any well written book. My current favourites are Thud! from the Discworld series and the Richard Feynman autobiographies.
