PHILOSOPHY

I believe that God is the most high over all and that in everything we do should try to be a reflection of his greatness. We will fail but we need to get back up and keep trying. Be good to others. Be kind to yourself. Don't think you are better than anyone else and don't judge others. You never know what journey they are on or what they have been through to get to this point...or what they may be struggling with now! Love never fails.

Too many to list. I have a very wide taste in music from Pavarotti to Metallica and Barbara Streisand to the Pretty Reckless. Books - my faves are old school from when I was in school. Movies I'm pretty picky. Don't like gore, has to have meaning, being somewhat based in reality and preferably have some lesson.

I am fun, loving, kind, giving, a fabulous cook, an aromatherapist, personal and group fitness trainer, I want to help people heal themselves, I have been through so very much in my life and have insights and experiences to share and want to learn about others experiences too, I used to say I'm a survivor but that's not all, I am working very hard on thriving, not just surviving.
