Well lets see, I can tell you all about Chicago. It's cold, go in the summer. It becomes a beach city pretty much. The energy of the locals is great this time of the year! I recomend exploring Lincoln Park, there is just something special about that area. The attitude of everyone is so laid back, and EVERYONE goes out.
