Please have a look to the references. :)

PHILOSOPHY

No time to lose. Go ahead!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I had great moments with surfers from all over the world.
Many unforgettable memories!

Interests

I could spend my life listening to good music like:
- Punk-Hardcore (Have Heart, Youth of today, Amanda woodward, From Ashes Rise...),
- Indie-Rock (Teenage Cool Kids, Beach House, Shannon Wright...)
- Hip Hop (Necro, Gangstarr...),
- Electro (Lali Puna, The Herbaliser...),
- Folk (Devendra Banhart, Andrew Bird, Bon Iver...),
- Classical Music (Dvorak, Rimski-Korsakov...),
- Post Rock (Explosions in The Sky, Caspian...).
- and many more...

I sing in a punk-crust band and I play drums in a post-punk band.

I play basket-ball and I'm addicted to ping pong, unfortunately I don't have a table :(.

I'm interested in photography, here is my flickr profile: https://www.flickr.com/photos/ghettopizza/

I like vegetarian food.

And, of course, travelling all around the world with my backpack.

Music, Movies, and Books

14 good movies:
Fargo, Pulp Fiction, 71 fragments d'une chronologie du hazard, Cidade de deus (La cité de dieu), Funny Games, Happiness, Memento, Miller's Crossing, Un air de famille, Dancer in the dark, Crash, Gran Torino, The Road, The Idiot (russian movie)...

Books: I like Fredrik Brown. He was an author of short short stories. Really great. You should read him.
I like reading good Science-Fiction novel from the 50's, the golden age!
I also read books from Tonino Benaquista.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

A 9 months trip around the world. Unforgettable.
A 3 months trip around the world with a 5 years old little girl.

When you work in a cancer unit at hospital, you see every day amazing things.
And trust me, I know why they have done so many series about hospitals (Dr House, ER Emergency Room, Scrubs, Grey's Anatomy, La Clinique de la Forêt Noire (ahaha)...): because everything can happens in hospitals! Facts follow fiction!

Amazing things done travelling: long distance hitchhicking, Transsiberian (twice)...

Teach, Learn, Share

I can teach basket-ball or drums basis.
I can explain you precisely what is a cancer and how it develops itself. But you probably don't want to know!
We can share our travel experiences.
I am trying to learn how to play washboard (a traditional american music instrument).
Meeting people from abroad is always for me a chance to improve my english (or italian, or russian...).
