ABOUT ME

My friends and family mean everything to me and I am a very loyal to them. I love music and it is a big part of my life. If I'm not playing with my band I am supporting local music and art as much as possible. I am flexible, laid back, and open minded person and I rely on my intution as my guide. I don't stress about much and try to see the positive in every situation.

PHILOSOPHY

Don't sweat the small stuff. If you take a step back every once in a while and look at the grand scheme of life, you'll notice what is important and put aside what is not.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I have couch surfed in Chicago, Spain, Italy, and Germany and met some of the most wonderful people though my travels. I keep in contact with them on a regular basis and their kindness has changed me forever.

Interests

Music, Movies, and Books

I am a music fanatic and listen to all kinds. I have been listening to lots of Alt. Country/Folk lately, Wilco, Gillian Welch, The Whispertown 2000, Bright Eyes, Ryan Adams, and The Old 97's. Some of my Favorites are Cameron McGill and What Army, The Police, Steely Dan, Tom Petty, Neil Young, and Dada. My roots are in 60's and 70's music: The Beatles, The Beach Boys, Led Zeppelin, The Rolling Stones, The Clash, The Eagles, Jethro Tull, Robin Trower, King Crimson, Captain Beefheart, David Bowie, and on and on forever... 80's: Sonic Youth, The Stray Cats, Oingo Boingo, Depeche Mode, The Pretenders, Billy Idol, Def Leppard, and tons more. 90's: Alice In Chains, Soundgarden, Mudhoney, STP, Jeff Buckley, Freedy Johnston, Pavement, Rancid...

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

World Karate Championship in Japan 81'. I was only eight, but I do remember a lot of that experience. Going to Costa Rica (Atlantic side) with my dad. What a beautiful country. Watching Aaron Bowen record and perform his music. He's a musical genius at a different level.
