ABOUT ME

Joe is a 24-year-old recent Master's graduate, just back from France. I love travelling, languages, culture, new experiences, people, philosophy, fun, reading, writing, meditation, running, swimming, surfing, and much more. I am a very happy individual, and every day I attempt to further enrich my life by meeting new people and encountering new things.

Pat is a 25 year old music, photography, laughter, and art lover. He is currently doing what he loves as a music supervisor for Movie and Video game trailers in Los Angeles. He subscribes to the philosophy: "The destination is not as important as the journey it takes to get there".

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

Joe used to host friends and other people in his small Parisian apartment, and surfed a couple awesome couches while traveling around Europe. Now we want to give others the opportunity to see a slice of our culture here in L.A.

Pat is new to CS, but loves traveling and is excited to host people and take them out in his town.

我做过的一件不可思议的事情

As a high school student, Joe toured around Japan for three weeks with the Monterey Jazz Festival High School All-Star Big Band (long title!) The trip was amazing and I met some incredible musicians and people. The Japanese families I stayed with were kind and welcoming, and made me develop a lifelong appreciation of their culture!
