I'm an Italian PhD student from Milan, Italy! I've lived in France and in Norway, studied in Venice, and I'm currently working in Cologne, Germany :)

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I just love this website: you can meet so many interesting people, and it's a new, revolutionary way of travelling. I've been hosted a few times stay by locals, who have showed me their country, their culture, the real heart of their cities! I'm very grateful for all of this, and I hope some day I'll be able to do the same!

Interests

Art is my greatest passion. I find pretty much any historical period interesting, but I'm specializing in Contemporary Art.
I love reading as well: novels, poetry... Good tips are always welcome!

I love cooking (I'm vegetarian), let's say I can spend half of my day thinking about what I'm going to have for dinner :P

I'm very interested in politics, and I'm usually up for discussions... I like staying updated about what's going on in the world!

I love traveling, especially if there's some adventure going on. Whenever I'm abroad, I love going where the locals are, and discovering the more authentic parts of the cities.

I love music (who doesn't?!), and enjoy so much playing my guitar (not an expert though).

I love sports too... Soccer of course (huge fan of ac Milan), and also basketball. I love to think about soccer in a very romantic, Italian way...
