I love music and dancing in general but reggae music is my favourite one, my actual favourite movie is “Poor things” (I love Emma Stone) and three books that changed my life are “Women who run with the wolfs”(Clarissa Pinkola Estés), “Guns, germs and steel. The fate of human societes”(Jared Diamond) and “Ecology of mind”(Gregory Bateson)

I can teach yoga and meditation practice.
I’ll love to learn more about play and sing music, painting and somatic and theatre practice.
