About Me

I'm twenty-three years old and I live in Bologna, Italy.
I graduated a year ago from the University of Bologna, with a bachelor degree in Business and Economics, and I currently work.
My biggest passion is music, both playing it and listening to it.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

My goal is to travel all around the world and see the most places I can. I'm very fascinated by different cultures and customs, especially if they differ a lot from mines. I think couchsurfing is a good way to meet new people while visting a new country. Getting in touch with locals is more interesting than spending a night at a hotel: it gives you the chance to find out about hidden places or stories unknown to normal tourists.

Interests

I used to play both the electric and acoustic guitar, but lately I've been working on electronic music composition through Ableton Live. I like to collect records and going to live concerts.
I'd like to buy a synthesizer one day, and why not, a drum machine too.
I'm a big basketball fan: I like watching it as well as playing it. I'm a supporter of my hometown basketball team, Virtus Bologna.
I love motorbikes too, and I personally own a Yamaha WR125X, which is a supermotard. One day I'd like to get a custom kind of bike, like a Moto Guzzi or such.

Music, Movies, and Books

My music tastes are very broad: I can go from heavy rock (and even metal) to hip-hop/rap, from electronic music to folk-acoustic music (even bluegrass, why not). It mostly depends on my mood of the day.
One genre I can always listen to with pleasure is the Delta Blues of the 30s and 40s: Son House, Lightnin Hopkins, Howlin Wolf, Skip James.
I love going to concerts: I think live music gives you emotions that can't compare with listening at home.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Skydiving was definitely fun, and I guess it should be put there, but I also had the chance to try snorkeling, that was nice too.

What I Can Share with Hosts

I'm very open to new experiences, and I can talk about many different subjects.
I'm a clean and tidy person: I tend to be very organized and methodic.
