About Me
Curly, "lebensfroh", potterhead, the little things make me the most happy (or that's what my friend told me when I asked her what to write on my profile...)
It took me several years to learn how to whistle and ride a bike, so now those are two of my favourite things to do.
I'm a vegetarian 🌱 yes, you can eat meat in front of me. No, it doesn't bother me. No, I won't try to turn you into a vegetarian 😊
I like writing, mostly journals. I like reading, mostly books :P
Sometimes I take pictures of things I like instagram.com/gianellalopez/
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
found an article about Couchsurfing a long time ago in a magazine and had the opportunity to use it for the first time in Amsterdam. CS has the power to level every trip up, i don't think there's a better way to discover a country than becoming friends with a local ;)

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
This space was empty for the longest time because I couldn't think of a single cool thing I had done in my life. Just in my last trip to Cusco I did something I believe it's worth mentioning here: the Ausangate expedition (or as you may know it, the rainbow mountain trek). Period.
Teach, Learn, Share
I give math and german classes, so if you need any help counting how many guests from Germany you've already hosted, I'm your girl!
What I Can Share with Hosts
if you're in Lima, the possibilities are endless. do you fancy learning spanish, going for a beer or maybe to the beach? yep, let's do that ;)
also, if you have any special little talent, I'll probably become your biggest fan.
