I've been moving around the world ever since I was a kid and I guess that's where the adventurous side of me comes from :D

Current mission:
- Staying happy all the time and provide positive energy for those around me
- Being able to do whatever I want even if it goes against society's norms
- Finding a job that would keep me waking up feeling excited every morning, even if it's not highly paid
- Being able to travel/live in Africa and South America someday

I tend to be better at chatting than writing, but here are some random facts about me:
- I will love you instantly if you share the same music taste with me, as most of my friends and family find it weird.. in fact I only have one friend who shares the same taste and I just love her so much haha
- I'm a very random and spontaneous person.
- I love photography and carry my camera everywhere.
- I laugh a lot and talk a lot (depends on my mood but I tend to be very energetic in general) :D My friends say I'm crazy.
- I'm a bargain hunter. My friends are jealous of my ability to hunt the best deals

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Why staying in hostels, exploring on your own, depending on traveling guides when you could be surrounded by cool travellers, make new friends and actually immerse into the local life? I just love CS spirit as it never fails to surprise me how nice and kind people can be.

I would love to host people to give back (and even more!) for the hospitality my friends and I have received, but unfortunately I do not have my own place at the moment, will try to make that available one day so I could meet people from everywhere :)

Interests

I'm not a phenomenal cook and baker, but I would say I'm quite good! Cooking and baking is something I never thought I would be interested in and good at, until I moved to England to study and started craving the good food back home. I have a sweet tooth so I bake a lot, but I often bake too much so I usually give away to my friends some of it.

Photography is my another passion. I used to have a MASSIVE MASSIVE collection of film cameras (probs more than 30 cameras) back when I lived in England (along with baking, that's also the reason why I was always broke) but sadly had to sell most of them because I've moved back to my country.

More random facts: I'm also a vintage junkie. I basically hoard everything vintage that I can afford (forgot to mention I'm a hoarder too). My room is literally full of all kinds of vintage clutter haha but I think it's cool and I love that

Music, Movies, and Books

Very random, ranging from Indie to Chinese songs to Afro beats..

My favourite artists including Alt-J, Oh Wonder, Aquilo, Beach House, Glass Animals, Tender, Cigarettes After Sex...

I mainly like songs with a sad melody, especially when it comes to Chinese songs.

My interest in Afro beats originated from my visit to Ghana in summer 2016, I'd never liked Afro beats before but honestly Ghanaian music rocks! So I play that when I'm in a good mood, otherwise just calm music (which is strange because my personality is completely opposite lol)

What I Can Share with Hosts

- My cooking. I am a food addict myself but also love cooking for other people. Even though my specialty is Asian dishes, especially Vietnamese and Korean, and that depends on the ingredients available at your place, I can always improvise and bang out something for everyone to try ;) I bake a lot as well since I have a sweet tooth, but I need my equipments and ingredients ready to bake a nice cake haha, but if not I can improvise as well.
